Refund Policy
7-day no-questions refund.
If a plan isn't useful to you, email us within 7 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. No survey, no jumping through hoops.
How to request one
Email hello@ejaano.com from the address you used at checkout and include the order's date and amount. We'll process the refund through Stripe within 2 business days. Funds typically appear on your card within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
After 7 days
We'll still look at the situation case by case, but the no-questions guarantee only applies inside the first 7 days.
Bundles
The Bundle is refundable as a single purchase. We don't pro-rate it into the two underlying plans.
