Refund Policy
14-day no-questions refund.
If a plan isn't useful to you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. No survey, no jumping through hoops.
How to request one
Email support@ejaano.com from the address you used at checkout and include the order's date and amount. We'll process the refund through Stripe within 2 business days. Funds typically appear on your card within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
After 14 days
We'll still look at the situation case by case, but the no-questions guarantee only applies inside the first 14 days.
Bundles
The Bundle is refundable as a single purchase. We don't pro-rate it into the two underlying plans.
