Privacy Policy

When you take an assessment, we collect your name, email, company, optional job title, and your answers. When you buy a plan, we collect billing details through our payment processor (Stripe). We also capture basic referrer and campaign parameters (UTM) to understand which channels are bringing people in.

To deliver your assessment results and any plan you purchase, to send you product emails related to your assessment, and to improve the assessments and plans themselves. We do not sell your information.

If you take an assessment, you'll receive your results plus a short follow-up sequence. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe; once you unsubscribe we stop sending marketing emails. Transactional emails (receipts, refunds) still go through.

Assessment data and orders are stored in our backend infrastructure. Payment data is stored by Stripe — we never store full card numbers.

You can request a copy of your data or request deletion at any time by emailing hello@ejaano.com.
